Fees, payment terms, and invoicing details will be defined in the respective proposal or service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination as per the agreement.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit, data, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing as per the conditions defined in the proposal or service contract. You must pay for all services completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
